By Memes Random

Journalism student Azra Gülendam Haytaoğlu (21) who has not been heard from in Antalya for 5 days was found brutally murdered. Real estate agent Mustafa Murat Ayhan, who raped and strangled the university girl at home, cut it into 5 pieces in the bathroom and buried it in the forest with a suitcase, was taken into custody. Killer Ayhan’s confessions froze blood.

Azra Gülendam Haytaoğlu, who studied at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Journalism in Antalya, went to the hospital on July 28 and had a Covid-19 test when she felt some symptoms. Haytaoğlu, whose result was positive, shared the situation with her older sister Ezgi Haytaoğlu. When her older sister got angry with Haytaoğlu and said that she caught the disease because she didn’t pay attention, a discussion started between them.

During the discussion, Haytaoğlu said to her sister, “I’m going to get some air,” and left the house without taking his ID. When she did not return home, Ezgi Haytaoğlu called her brother on the phone. Azra Gülendam Haytaoğlu, on the phone, told her sister, “I am sitting in a cafe with an older brother who has had coronavirus, he understands me very well. I will stay with him today” and hung up the phone and could not be reached again.

While the father, Mustafa Haytaoğlu, came from Adana and started looking for his daughter, he filed a missing persons complaint with the police for his daughter, whom he feared for his life. The police launched a search operation to find the young girl. Calls were made on social media to find the young girl. Within the scope of the search works carried out meticulously by the Antalya police, the security camera records in the region where Haytaoğlu was last seen were examined.

The teams of the Murder Bureau of the Public Security Branch of the Antalya Police Department determined that Azra last talked to Mustafa Murat Ayhan, a civil engineer and real estate office owner, on his mobile phone. The homicide team cross-examined Ayhan. In his first statement, Ayhan said, “We had met before. He came, we ate together, he left. I have no information,” he said. The police then released Ayhan.

The homicide team then examined the MOBESE and surrounding workplace security camera footage. In the images, it was determined that Mustafa Murat Ayhan left his house in Konyaaltı district with the same suitcase several times. Thereupon, Ayhan was detained again. Again cross-examined, Ayhan confessed to committing the murder.
